Sales Assistant WFTX-TV Fort Myers, FL Scheduled Days & Hours: Full-time Education: High School Diploma required Skills: Must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient at data entry, time management, and multi-tasking skills are essential and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience: Prior administrative and/or assistant experience preferred. Prior experience in television sales or traffic a plus. Duties: Input sales orders, and develop and maintain sales reports. Assist with all aspects of the department’s sales and management activities. Other duties as assigned by Sales Managers. In addition, will be assigned duties by the Financial Analyst, such as assisting in accounts payable, daily deposits and filing. Must also provide some front desk duties.
