Field Sales Manager, WWST/WKHT Knoxville, TN Shift: Full Time Education: Bachelor degree preferred Skills: Excellent planning and organizing abilities, effective communicator, adaptable self-starter, direct client relationship development, knowledge of research, computer skills, ability to manage and direct salespeople. Experience: 3-5 years broadcast sales or equivalent experience. Management experience strongly preferred. Digital sales experience a plus. Duties: Innovative thinker to lead motivate and direct our local sales team; train and develop local account managers; create and implement NTR and digital sales projects; create and maintain strong customer relationships, in field training and with the team, create marketing materials, drive the stations to budget, all while balancing your own personal account list. This position will report directly to general sales manager.
