This will also include developing annual promotional campaigns for TFC and quarterly advertising pieces for our operations throughout our footprint. This person will also aid in the consistency of our branding initiatives and professional look with every form of advertising media. Duties and Responsibilities: * Design clear engaging graphic communications for print and web. This will include logos, direct mail pieces, branded promotional items, web site and social media graphics, posters, flyers and other marketing materials as needed. * Assist with the development and maintenance of current and future website initiatives. * Work closely with Corporate Team, County Managers, and Sales Representatives to translate their messaging concepts into marketing material. Qualifications: * Have working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Publisher and Photoshop and/or other common design and layout applications. * Proficient in working with mainstream Social Media. * Must be extremely organized and detail oriented. * Must have excellent time management skills. * Must have ability to work independently as well as in partnership with a team. * Must have a creative mind, artistic sensibility and strong visualization skills. * Must be disciplined and work to deadlines Title Financial Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
