This individual will answer phones and provide Moodle support for faculty. This individual will also support the ITRC full-time staff in Pocatello with course production projects. Assist with scanning, graphics, video conversion and web-related programming activities. Work study accepted. Qualifications: This individual must have excellent communication skills, basic Internet and computer skills and a willingness to learn new skills. Experience in Customer Service, various software product including Office and Adobe, and basic video editing would be a plus.
