Company Title Financial Corporation Location Blackfoot Job Title Bookkeeper – A/R Specialist - Full TIme Description Job Summary: The duties of Bookkeeper – A/R Specialist will include the performance of complex bookkeeping and accounting tasks, preparation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, reconciliation of various types of accounts, and assisting with accounts payable. As an A/R Specialist the employee will oversee the company’s accounts receivable and assist in the development of improved methods for managing this area of bookkeeping. Qualifications: This position will require an individual who possesses the following: • A thorough understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures • A minimum of 3 years experience or degree in the area of accounting • A proficiency in the use of accounting systems, Excel and Word • Excellent communication and customer service skills • A commitment to accuracy and organization • Self-discipline and an aptitude for making good decisions and meeting deadlines • The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team • Experience in problem recognition and solving Salary is dependent upon qualifications.
