Job Description:
KPAX-TV, a CBS affiliate is searching for a dynamic reporter to join our award winning news team in Missoula, Montana. Applicants must be able to develop contacts, enterprise unique stories, and be a compelling storyteller. In addition, successful candidate may be called on to anchor as needed. KPAX-TV is part of Cordillera Communications and the Montana Television Network. Missoula is a vibrant community, home to the University of Montana and located near Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park. This is an outstanding career opportunity.

Education Required:
A college degree in Journalism or related field is preferred.
Experience Required:
Candidates must be able to shoot compelling video and use a non-linear editing system. We need a reporter who will cover hard news, ask tough questions and also be able to turn a compelling feature story. Previous reporting and anchoring experience is a plus. Applicants must be able to thrive under deadline pressure, contribute to social media platforms, and be a team leader.
Other Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver license and adequate automobile insurance. A good driving record a must.
