Program Director/News-Talk & Sports-Talk KQTH-FM KFFN-AM Tucson, AZ Shift: Full-time Education: College degree or equivalent experience. Skills: The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day programming for two radio stations, an FM News/Talk and an AM Sports/Talk. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; exceptional people skills with a strong emphasis on coaching and growing talent; attention to detail in execution of strategic and tactical plans in multiple formats; creativity in interactive and all social medias; excellent motivation, leadership, and organizational skills; collaborative management style; computer proficiency. Must also be knowledgeable and familiar with the intricacies of syndicated programming. Experience: Minimum five years in talk radio programming with proven leadership track record. Duties: Keeping the radio stations strategically focused and executing at a high level.
