Education:
College degree in related field preferred.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly experienced in web design, development and New Media applications including Mobile, Website and Online relationship management. Fluent in HTML, CSS skills including HTML 5 and CSS 3. JavaScript use, JQuery and JSON. MVC Framework experience a plus.
Experience:
5-7 years in managing a digital business and/or team. Ability to advance multiple projects to successful completion on time. Client development experience and sales experience mandatory. Entrepreneur experience a plus.
Duties:
Build and manage a team of Web Programmers, Designers and AE’s in our Digital Division-Knoxville. Grow revenue thru product development, project management and delivery of solutions to a wide range of digital prospects. Train and support local broadcast sales team to augment Digital seller’s efforts as well. Provide strategic planning and tactical execution of digital growth initiatives of the Digital Division. Identify relevant digital media partners and work with them to develop programs that meet clients brand and direct response goals. Manage monthly budgets and achieve financial goals of the division. Report directly to market GM.
