Production Assistant KMTV-TV Omaha, NE Employment Status: Part-time; must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned. Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Skills: Candidate must have prior television news production experience, such as studio camera operation, audio, master control operations, or editing; excellent written and verbal communication skills; computer proficiency; ability to work on deadline, anticipate and solve problems required. Experience: One year experience in broadcast or cable operations – master control, audio, or studio operations. Duties: Support in execution of newscast; camera/floor directing, audio board operation; master control operations, news editing, or other duties as assigned by manager.
