On-Air Talent - KSPW Power 96.5 Springfield, MO Shift: Part-time; Hours will vary and may include weekend work Education: High school diploma required; college degree in related field preferred. Skills: Candidate must be detail oriented and possess excellent strong on-air radio skills; knowledge and experience with current and pop music; excellent communication and delivery skills; ability to work well under pressure; strong problem solving abilities; computer proficiency. Experience: At least one year of professional radio experience is required. Top 40 or similar format experience preferred. Duties: Run audio board; air live call-ins and remote broadcasts; record elements for later broadcasts as needed; conduct daily air shifts, promotional production, remote broadcasts and public appearances; position can include part-time hours with other Journal Broadcast Group stations within the Springfield Operations.
